Kate Kovalick-Patay, Executive Director of Sales & Marketing

Kate brings overs 15 years experience in restaurant and hotel/casino catering sales and convention services to Creative Coverings.  As Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, Kate oversees the expansion of the sales, marketing and customer service operations, as well as maintains brand integrity, specifically through marketing efforts, education, customer relations and overall client experience.

Kate has worked in the catering industry for several years and shares a great deal of experience with our catering and event planning customers. Before joining Creative Coverings, Kate was with MGM Mirage Corporation at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, Reno, where she was responsible for all large-scale conventions and social catering events.

As Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, Kate represents Creative Coverings as a NACE National Business Partner, President of the Reno-Tahoe Chapter and Experience! 2011 Co-Chair. She is also involved with ISES as a former Director at Large/Speaker Liaison for the Napa-Sonoma ISES Chapter and Educational Speaker for Eventworld 2011 & 2012, along with being a member of the Las Vegas Chapter. She is a proud member of the International Caterers Association, Association of Club Catering Professionals, Greater Palm Springs Wedding Association, American Rental Association and the Event Planners Association.

 

Nancy Stoltz, Director of Marketing and Design

As Director of Marketing & Design, Nancy joined Creative Coverings with experience in marketing, business administration, communications and event planning. In her role, Nancy directs product development, marketing and fabric trend research for this fast-growing company.

Nancy previously served as advertising account executive and assisted in theme design and production of special events for the Bauserman Group in Reno. She brings a well-developed fashion and trend insight to Creative Coverings.

Nancy has experience running her own business as a fashion consultant and attended The Academy of Art University’s Masters Program focusing on Fashion Marketing.  With a passion for textiles Nancy travels coast to coast each year to find fresh new trendy fabrics that she then translates into fashionable table top designs.  Nancy’s table designs have received recognition in several event related publications, including Beautiful Bride/Las Vegas Bride, Special Events, Catersource, and Event Solutions publications, as well as awarded Best Table Top Design at a National Association of Catering Executives table design competition.  Nancy recently played a key role in creating Creative Coverings design center and showroom in their national office.

 

Heather Hope, Northwest Regional Sales Manager

As Northwest Regional Sales Manager, Heather joined Creative Coverings with over ten years sales and marketing experience in the special events industry.  In her role, Heather oversees the growth of the rental and sales division in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Heather helps represent Creative Coverings with the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) as a member of their board of directors and is a proud supporter of the International Special Events Society (ISES), the Event Planners Association (EPA), the Association of Club Catering Professionals (ACCP), the International Caterers Association (ICA) and the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).

In her spare time Heather uses her passion for design and decor to plan and execute themed events, as well as re-design interiors.  Some of her hobbies include wine tasting and creating fabulous floral handbags!

 

 

Myree Townsend, Key Accounts Manager

As Key Accounts Manager, Myree joined Creative Coverings with an extensive background in sales, marketing, business administration and communications.  In her role, Myree plays an integral role in developing and maintaining lasting customer relationships in the Northern Nevada and Northern California markets.

Myree helps represent Creative Coverings at the Reno-Tahoe/Sacramento/San Francisco chapters of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), the NorCal/Napa-Sonoma chapters of the International Special Events Society (ISES), the Bay Area Wedding Network (BAWN), and the Northern Nevada chapter of the eWomen Network.

With a passion for image consulting, Myree has experience running her own business where she puts on self esteem workshops to help others discover and illuminate their beauty from the inside out!
