I have been a wedding planner~designer for over twenty years and I believe that linen sets the tone for beautiful rooms and adds the splash of color and elegance. I believe in the best customer service possible and surround myself with like individuals and companies that strive for excellence. A few months ago in the middle of our busiest time, I completely missed a line on my order and did not order the napkins for our weekend event. I have never had that happen & when I realized my mistake late on Friday evening for our Saturday wedding, I called Creative Coverings and left a voice mail message on their “emergency” line. I also went on to locate a back up option if I had to find something locally the following morning.
By 7am Saturday morning, I received a call from Christian (one of the owners) and he said that he could take care of it without a problem. I was ready to send my husband to drive to Reno which is about a one & a half hour drive from us and Christian said he would meet him halfway. Now, that is customer service! But the best part of the story is the fact it was Christian’s birthday and he never hesitated to help us!
