Evie Hunnicutt

Purveyor over all of Linen Order Land! As such, I oversee every order that comes and goes across the nation. I came to Creative Coverings in 2017 after moving across the country with my husband and our two dogs (my fur babies). I began my career in rentals, so it is only fitting that I return. In between, I spent four years as a Wedding Planner in my hometown of New Orleans. After having my fill of working weekends, I decided it was best to return to my roots!

My decision to join the Reno-Tahoe industry from New Orleans was driven by the easy access to outdoor activity. In the summer, I enjoy hiking, swimming and boating, while during the winter months I love skiing, snowshoeing and snowball fights. When the pandemic hit, I began the most fulfilling adventure- my first child, a son, was born the week the world shut down. Before having my son, my husband and I enjoyed hiking across the Grand Canyon or spelunking glaciers in Iceland. With this new addition to our family, we have decided to share our outdoor enthusiasm with our son. He has already experienced hiking in Yosemite and strolling among the largest trees in Sequoia, and we plan to continue his education by teaching him all the beauty the great outdoors has to offer. Plus sharing my love of events, as we have already taken him to New Orleans for Mardi Gras!

While I have grown to love Reno, I still enjoy a trip to New Orleans – as I am a huge Saints fan and need my fill of seafood and music! And that is where my love for special events began!
